The same rules apply to every article on every title in the network, whether a company paid for it or not.
Every article is fact-checked and read by an editor before it goes live. Where a claim cannot be checked, it comes out of the piece — and if that leaves no piece, it does not run.
Anything we cannot verify. Anything unlawful. Anything that attacks people for who they are. There is no price at which that changes.
If you find a mistake in something we published, write to us with the headline and the link. We correct it, and where a correction is not enough we take the article down.
Report a mistakePaying for a placement buys the review, not the outcome. If an editor has doubts about a claim, or the piece reads as advertising rather than as an article, we decline it and refund in full — automatically, without anyone having to ask.
We are here to build these categories out and put more useful, checked information in front of the people who read them. A title a reader cannot trust is worth nothing to that reader — and then it is worth nothing to anyone buying a placement in it either.
